Mediterranean Summer

Outside Athens, Greece, 2024

In Spring 2024, I returned to the olive farm. I was getting ready to have a walk amongst the 100 newly planted olives, when I was distracted by a colourful wall of Bougainvillea’s. I was attracted to them like if they had magnets. My intention was to create images rich in tonal variation, texture, and visual depths. Three consecutive shots with different exposures were blended in-camera, creating images with a range of textures of details.
